Featuring International Russian pianist Konstantin Shamray, winner of the 2009 Sydney International Piano Competition of Australia performing works by Beethoven, Chopin, Schumann and more.

Orava Quartet

The Orava Quartet, founded in 2007 by brothers Daniel Kowalik (violin) and Karol Kowalik (cello), Thomas Chawner (viola), and joined in 2011 by David Dalseno (violin), is one of the most exciting string quartets of its generation. The Harpe's Journey

Louise Johnson former harpist with the SSO for over 50 years will share with the audience her love of the harp, Louise will take us on the journey of how the harp developed through the ages from 15,000 BC to the instrument it is today. With music performed on 6 different harps from plain song to looper pedal jazz.

JULY 2020 - COVID 19 UPDATE. ALL CONCERTS CANCELLED

Please be advised that at a meeting in July 2020  the Peninsula Music Club committee made the decision, that due to Covid19 restrictions all concerts for 2020 will be cancelled. For members that paid their 2020 membership of $80.00, and as we had one concert this year in March, we will transfer $60.00 towards 2021 memberships, if you would prefer a refund of $60.00 please contact the Secretary Terry Mackin 0407 441 213 or email tmackin@bigpond.net.au.
